The Heath Engineering flatbed trailer range features high specifications as standard, making it the ideal transport solution for farmers and contractors. Currently available in 28ft, 32ft and 36ft, these trailers are ideal for bale haulage and are suitable for daily use on the farm or in an industrial environment.
The flatbed trailer range have a payload capacity of up to 16 tonnes. The design works well for bales, pallets, bags, boxes and more. With a sprung drawbar, the trailer can handle rough terrain without throwing the tractor around.
The largest of the three standard flatbed trailers (36ft) runs on three 10 stud commercial axles, with 420mm x 180mm brake drums and multi leaf spring suspension. Whereas the smaller versions run on twin axles.
The 3 standard models are 28, 32 and 36 but we can build bigger if required – Pete’s just sold two bespoke 40ft trailers for example.
All Heath Engineering flatbed trailers have a 4mm chequer plate floor with RHS floor bearers spaced every 400mm giving them strength. The fixed front headboard, rolled steel angle and multi hole side channels make strapping easy and more secure, ensuring the load doesn’t move during transport.
All of our trailers are shot blasted prior to painting, followed by 2 pack epoxy primer & 2 pack acrylic paint and come in a choice of colours.
