Similar to the flatbed trailer but with the addition of a sloping rear bed section resulting in a low loading height and hydraulic ramps, ideal for transporting vehicles and machinery.
We offer our beavertail trailers in 25ft (BT25) or 32ft (BT32) lengths, both made with heavy duty universal beam chassis for maximum load. The BT25 is built with twin axles providing a 16t load rating, whereas the BT32 has a tri axle design, increasing the load rating to 24t. Both designs feature multi leaf suspension and 10 stud axles with 420mm x 180mm drum brakes along with 19” mini super single wheels.
All models have a softwood boarded bed with 4mm chequered plate beavertail and ramps featuring welded ribs for safer and easier loading. They also include a fixed headboard complete with rave sockets as standard, along with multi hole side channels for easy strapping.
A sprung drawbar enables a smooth ride even over challenging terrain, coupled with multi leaf sprung axles with 2000mm track width for maximum stability.
All of our trailers are shot blasted prior to painting, followed by 2 pack epoxy primer & 2 pack acrylic paint and come in a choice of colours.
The beavertail is ideal for both farms and industrial sites and can be tailored to your needs.
